We are hosting this session to encourage understanding, knowledge and learning about the benefits of bush foods using an online platform.
The session will:
- Introduce participants to bush foods
- Discuss how bush foods are sourced, the important role women play in the industry
- Present the health benefits of bush foods
- Deliver a recipe demonstration of cooking bush foods
- Show where the broader public can find information and recipes online for bush foods
- Provide an overview of online bush foods database
- Promote the First Nations Bush Foods and Botanicals Alliance
